Trilub Lubriform COL 9–100 WS

Trilub Lubriform COL 9-100 WS is a semi-synthetic metal working fluid making a translucent micro emulsion with water. It is a high performance product, which can be used for chip removal processes, grinding, cutting of ferrous metals even under heavy conditions.
APPLICATION PLACES
Various cutting and milling operations, grinding, chip removal processes, processing high alloy steel, broaching, threading.
BENEFITS
-
Easily mixed with water and makes a translucent micro emulsion.
-
The emulsion is stable regarding bacteriological growth and impurities.
-
Keeps the machines clean with good detergant and washing properties.
-
The workpiece can be observed optically during grinding process owing to the translucent appearance of the fluid.
-
Obtaining very clean surface during grinding operation with very good washing properties.
-
High oxidation resistance and thus long service life.
-
Corrosion inhibition properties through anticorrosion additives.
-
Keeps the microbial growth at minimum level.
-
Through high pressure additives, provides longer life for cutting tool edge.
-
The product is odorless and not skin irritating
