Triluboil MFX 9–22
Triluboil MFX 9 –22 is a mineral based cutting oil. 
This range includes extreme pressure additive that enables tapping, piercing, pinning, threading, cutting processes of shavings removal producing  even under hard conditions. 
 
APPLICATION PLACES
  • Tapping, shaping, piercing, pinning, threading, cutting processes of shavings removal producing, automatic turning machines, threading machines, running in and honing processes which needs extra care,
  • Carbon steel, stainless steel , Cr- Ni and Mn steel, Titanium alloys, Aluminium,  copper and yellow material processing,
  • Can be used to lubricate for general purposes and as hydraulic oil.
 
ADVANTAGES
  • Does not cause stick material or asperity on product, creates a clean surface. 
  • It helps to protect the equipment by keeping the avoiding warming up of the machinery.
  • Does not produce odor or smoke. Evaporation ratio is low..
  • Does not contain chlorine, heavy metals. Does not irritate skin.
  • Anti-Oxidant and Anti-Corrosion property for the equipment used.
  • Since it is not used with water, it does not show negative effects that water soluble systems show; such as cleaning of storage space, irritation of skin, smell, bacteria reproduction, pH setting, environmental pollution, oxidation, corrosion etc. It requires a simpler lubrication system.
  • Does not leave stain on copper and yellow material surfaces after or during the process.
