Trilub Contigrease HT 392-100
Trilub Contigrease HT 392-100 range is a mineral based polyurea greases, showing long life time performance under high temperatures. Has a wide range of operating temperature and can be used up to 160 °C in bearings.
APPLICATION PLACES
-
In iron and steel industries where central lubrication systems, high temperature and low rpm bearings are present; extremity rolls , continous casting … (CCM) exit rolls, cooling line rolls and heating furnace conveyor rolls.
-
Moving furnaces ,
-
Drying furnaces,
-
Straight beds of mould cranes,
-
Carton and paper machinery hot cylinder beds,
-
Asphalt machinery,
-
Big clack caps,
-
Cement factory rotary kilns,
-
Automotive, glass, ceramic and bottling facilities.
BENEFITS
-
Thanks to being soap free grease, it leaves no soots and remaings in bearings working under high temperatures avoiding systems being locked.
-
Trilub Contigrease HT39x can be applied to central lubrication and general lubrication system being able to work up to 180 °C.
-
Ability to work under very heavy loads, protection against oxidation and corrosion.
-
Protecting bearings in environments with water.
-
Thanks to its ability to work under heavy conditions, avoids leakages in bearings.
-
Reducing maintenance expenses and grease consumption because it has longer life than it’s equivalent brands.
-
Provides longer life for bearing and decreases maintenance expenses by lowering friction.
-
Decreases operating expenses lowering the number of failures and breakdowns.
